How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large cultural celebrations, as our calendar fills quickly. For smaller events, 4-8 weeks notice is typically sufficient, but earlier booking ensures the best selection of rental items and preferred dates.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer complimentary consultations to understand your vision, discuss design concepts, and provide personalized recommendations. We can meet at your venue, our studio, or via video call – whatever works best for you.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve the entire Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for venues outside the GTA.
Do you provide setup and teardown?
Absolutely! Full professional setup and teardown is included in all our decoration packages. Our experienced team arrives early to ensure everything is perfect and returns after your event to handle all the cleanup, so you can focus entirely on celebrating.
